Review of 2 Days Beijing Classic Tour by Dante

I just finished your 2 day Beijing Classic Tour #178044. I had used the services of this company in the past and was happy with result, but it turned out not to be the case this time. I had a very efficiet driver amd a friendly guide but unfortunately other issues were not so positive. 1. In their description you say "from 7:30-8:00am to 5:00-6:00pm each day." In fact I was back to the hotel around 2h30 pm both days, including almost 2h of shop time, so in fact you are really selling just two half day activity, for which I paid $320 2. On the Temple of Heaven the guide said I could walk on my own so I think I probably missied most of the spots you mention on your program ("the hall of prayer for good harvest, 2. red stairway bridge, 3. the imperial vault of heaven, 4. echo wall, 5. triple sound stone, 6. the circular mound altar, ") 3. Your program states "You can choose go to Badaling or Mutianyu section". In fact, I was not asked and was taken to see the Juyongguan section of the Great Wall, unanimously considered the least authentic part of the wall near Beijing 4. The restaurant choise was really not up to the price level you are charging. The first day I was taken to a nasty place were I was given chinese food of inferior quality and dismal service ; On the secound day the choice was the restaurant at the Jade shop. While the quality here was acceptable I more than paid for the meal with the purchase I had done and it seems abusive to me that you choose a restaurant connected to a shop. This could have been an opportunity to eat some nice chinese food and experience an authentic athmosphere 5. But thw worst part is that you mention "One shopping stop each day for private tour: 1. Silk Shop in first day 2. jade museum in second day" where in fact I had to endure tea and silk the first day and jade and chinese medicine the last day ; this last visit being particularly abnoxious I find it unacceptable that for the price I paid I got this level of service
