It was okay. Day 1 the tour to the forbidden city was good. I think the extra tourist stop on the massage place and pearl shop was of a waste of time. We couldve spend the time walking around at the spring palace and heaven's gate temple. Day 2 i thought we started quite late at 8.30am. Day 1 we started at 7am. We got stuck at heavy traffic on the way to the great wall where we ended up only staying up there for an hour. We were suppose to be there at least 2-3 hours. We did a stop at the jade shop which we couldve just skipped and spend more time on the wall. We were suppose to do a tea stop and go to the olympic stadium on which we didnt as it was so late. We got back in beijing at 8.30pm. Traffic was bad maybe because of the public holiday. It was quite a disappointing day as i booked the tour for the great wall and ended up staying for only an hour.
