We requested a spanish speaking guide and it was very hard to understand her, because her pronuntation was very deficient. Also, we didn't receive complete information of the places we visited. Most of the time, she was 20 mt. ahead of us so we couldn't ask her what we wanted to know and sometimes, if she was close enough, she didn't know what to answer. In other cities, with the other tour operators, all the tour guides were much much better.
