Overall the tour was satisfactory and the guide was well-informed and sufficiently fluent in English. The schedule was on time. However, the following areas could be further improved:
1. As we booked the more expensive value coach tour package we expected one shopping stop per day, but a little too long at the stop, 20~40 mintues.
2. More time needed especially at Tiannamin Sq, as there was barely time even to take photos...was just a walk-through.
