We were pleasantly surprised with this tour!
The tour guide was helpful, friendly and he spoke English just fine; we got used to the accent after a couple of hours. :)
Good value, compared to the private, made to measure tours.
There are shop stops, however, we found them interesting: Chinese silk, tea, jade and medicine "tours") and the sellers were not pushy and, instead, friendly and resourceful to those interested.
I'd recommend this tour to my friends and family.
