My daughter left her phone in Hainan Airline's business class lounge at the Beijing International Airport. The phone is in Hainan Airline's lost and found. We've had much difficulty getting someone to help return the phone.
We were wondering if someone could contact our tour guide, Ana, to have her help us by retrieving the phone and sending it to us.
