Tour Itinerary

Day 1  Arrive in Huangshan City

Upon your arrival at Huangshan, our tour guide will meet you at the airport or train station and transfer you to your hotel. The rest of the day will be free at leisure. You may prepare your backpack for the next day. It is advised to travel light and only take some daily necessities for the overnight on the mountain. You will leave the rest of the luggage at the hotel next day and fetch it later.

Day 2  Huangshan City-Mt. Huangshan (B,L)

After breakfast, you will be driven to Huangshan Mountain (1 hour). Upon your arrival, take the cable car to the top of the mountain. You will visit Beginning-to-Believe Peak, where you can find many ancient pine trees, followed by a tour to the Brush Pen Peak. After lunch, pay a visit to Xihai Grand Canyon and enjoy the sunset glow at the Cloud-dispelling Pavilion in the evening. Stay overnight at the summit.

Day 3  Mt. Huangshan-Huangshan City (B,L)

Try to get up early in the morning to catch the magical sunrise. After breakfast, you will visit Bright Summit, the second highest on the mountain and see Flying-over Rock.  After the visit, take a cable car down to the mountain. Then back to downtown of Huangshan City, tour to Huanghsan Museum, where you can explore the traditional Chinese architecture. Proceed to Ancient Street.

Day 4  Huangshan City-Yixian County-Huangshan City-Departure (B,L)

Take about 1 hour bus ride to Yixian County in the morning, and pay a visit to Hongcun Village, which is an ancient village over 800 years old and was listed as World Cultural Heritage Site by UNESCO, and the famous Oscar-award film Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon was made here. After lunch, continue your trip to another ancient village-Xidi Village, which is also the World Cultural Heritage Site and the same character with Hongcun Village, the village with the character of boat-shape. After that, back to Huangshan City and transfer to Huangshan Airport (or Railway Station or Bus Terminal) to next destination.

Note: 1. Price may vary according to different seasons. The price of weekend and holidays is higher than ordinary days. 2. Children taller than 1.1 meters will be charged full price, children shorter than 1.1 meter will be charged only half of the price.

2. When you arrive in Huangshan Mountain Airport, our tour guide will meet you there at the arrival terminal holding a sign with your name on it and transfer you to the downtown hotel on the same day for your rest.
