Be picked up from the hotel or airport in Chengdu, then drive about 2 hours along the expressway to Leshan Giant Buddha, the Sleeping Buddha, the largest stone sculpture of Buddha in the world, sits at the confluence of the Minjiang, Dadu and Qingyi rivers. we will take a cruise to have an overlook at the Leshan Buddha.
After visiting the Great Buddha, drive to Mt. Emei and check in hotel there.
Mt. Emei, a fairly rich in natural resources and cultural heritages, having the reputation of Plant Kingdom, Animal Paradise, Geological Museum, Heaven of Buddhism and Beauty Spot under Heaven etc. The Emei Mountain climb is filled with hundreds of views of luxuriant scenery and seemingly millions of stairs. For the traveler itching to do something active, the Emei climb is a good opportunity to observe post-1976 religious freedoms in action, with the chance to stay in the atmospheric monasteries along the trail.
Take the cable car up to the Golden Summit, enjoy the natural scenery, come down to the mountain side, take cable car to Wannian Temple, visit Qingying Pavilion.
Stay overnight at the foot of Mt. Emei.
Return to Chengdu after breakfast, see the lovely pandas in Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding, the Chengdu Panda Breeding Research Center has been created and imitates the pandas' natural habitat in order that they might have the best environment for rearing and breeding. The Center cares also has other rare and endangered wild animals. Dufu Cottage Museum, the former residence of a very famous Tang poet. Du Fu wrote more than 240 poems at this cottage reflecting the sorrows of the village. and then go to Water viewing park.
After the tour ends, Check in hotel there.
