Our guide will meet you and transfer you to your hotel. In the afternoon, the guide will lead you to visit Summer Palace and Bejing Hutong. Summer Palace is the largest imperial garden in China. To get to know about local life, Beijing Hutong is a place you cannot miss.
After breakfast, we will drive to Badaling Great Wall, the most highlighted sight in Beijing. Please be prepared with your shoes since you will climb on the steps of the great wall. Just have a short hike there and enjoy yourselves. Then have a traditional Chinese cuisine at the foot of Wall and drive to Ming Tombs. After visiting Ming Tombs, drive back to downtown. On the way back we will have a short exterior visit to the Olympic Stadiums- Bird's Nest and Water Cube.
In the morning first you will visit Tiananmen Square, where the most important national ceremonies are held, surrounded by many historical buildings. Here, you can see the scenic spots including the Tian'anmen gate, Chairman Mao Memorial Hall, Great Hall of the people, National Museum of China and Monument to the People's Heroes. The flag raising ceremony will be held in Beijing's Tiananmen Square everyday. The national flag will be raised and lowered on the same time the sun rises and sets.
Then we began to visit the Forbidden City, the largest ancient imperial palaces group in the world with 500 years' history. Visit the Forbidden City along the central axis from south to north for about 1.5-2 hours. Have lunch near Forbidden City and head for the last destination - Temple of Heaven, the largest ancient imperial worship architecture group in the world. Here the Emperors showed their homage to the God and praised the blessings and peace in the next year.
Take a evening flight to Huangshan and stay overnight there.
Drive from hotel to Huangshan scenic area for about 1 hour, and then take cable car uphill to the top of the mountain (10 minutes). Visit the Jade screen tower scenic area, the 'Greeting guest pine tree' (1500 years old), the 3rd summit 'Capital heaven' and the 1st summit 'Lotus peak', the 2nd summit 'Bright summit', Flying over rock, Cloud dispelling pavilion for famous natural rocks, and natural China ink painting Gallery-West sea valley (Grand Canyon), watch the Red cloud Peak with Great Sunset on the skyline. Stay overnight on the mountain.
Watch the sunrise in the early morning if weather permit. Visit the Begin to Believe Peak, Lion peak, take a cable car downhill to the foot of Huangshan mountain. With close to eighty awe-inspiring peaks in excess of 1,000 meters tall, Huangshan is actually an entire range of mountains and valleys, sure to impress the dedicated outdoor tourists or those in search of China's best mountain resorts. Drive back to Tunxi(downtown).
Pay a visit to Hongcun Village, which is an ancient village over 800 years old and was listed as World Cultural Heritage Site by UNESCO, and the famous Oscar-award film Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon was made here. Then back to downtown of Huangshan City, tour to Ancient Street. Transfer to Huangshan Airport or High-speed Railway Station for Shanghai. Pick you up when you arrive at Shanghai, and transfer you to the hotel.
First visit Jade Buddha Temple, a famous Buddha Temple in Shanghai. Then drive to Yu Garden, built in 1559, was a private garden in Ming Dynasty. The symbol of Yuyuan Garden is the Nine Zigzag Bridge built of granite and grass-white jade and the quaint, elegant mid-lake pavilion. Then, have a tour to Oriental Pearl TV Tower, a land mark of Shanghai and the highest TV Tower in Asia. Have a bird's eye view of Shanghai. After that we will walk to Nanjing Road.
After breakfast, drive to Zhouzhuang, a beautiful water-town. The Double Bridges, consists of Shide and Yong'an Bridge, were built during 1573 and 1619. Because they look like an ancient key, it is also known as Key Bridge. Zhouzhuang charm lies in her cultural implication, Shen hall, Fan building, former residence, Quanfu Temple, etc, has a very high value in the history, culture, and the ornamental value.
