The Airline didn't have the information about my e-ticket on their website. I had to call to airline's hotline in USA to confirm my flight and send me my itinerary. The ship was advertised as new but it was 13 years old and in need of some updating and not really a 5 stars cruise ship. The food was quite basic, catered for mainly Chinese tourists and not up to 5 star rating/standard. No tea or coffee with breakfast unless one get up very early at 6 am to obtain it at the bar which was located on another floor. Not ideal for foreign tourists like us but they did try very hard to look after us and we were very thankful...
