Okay, after I purchased a flight ticket from ChinaTour.Net, I read a lot of bad reviews from the internet and I thought my trip will be a disaster. But thankfully, it was not the way I thought. I wrote my passport number wrongly on the web, and I was able to change it very fast through their customer service, they speak good English, and they response very fast. Great service especially with exceptional situation. My flight from Xiamen to Shanghai were cancelled due to the typhoon. Airports and stations were closed for a while and caused a lot of chaos at the airport and stations as the people will rearrange their travel. They offered me alternative solutions by email and arranged an acceptable solution. For a foreigner like me (non-speaking Mandarin), their service saves me a lot of troubles to rearrange my travel. Nobody inform us about flight cancellation from Xian to Beijing.We have been in the airport for 2 hours and they give us an Air China flight at 11.00 hrs with risk to lose the connection to Kumming So we cannot be fully satisfied..
