China tour was generally good when booking but I ran into trouble with them when I needed to re-book flights. I was scheduled to fly out of Wenzhou to Dalian on the 11th of December but needed to change to 10th December so I just booked another flight. I was told I need to pay to cancel the first flight. When a connecting flight was delayed, I then needed to re-book the flight for the 11th and pay again but they wouldn't book me on the flight on the 11th because I hadn't cancelled the flight on the 10th so I tried to book again and then they booked me on the 11th flight twice. There was no apology or explanation. Essentially I paid for the same flight 4 times when I should have only paid twice...

We recently used China Tour.Net to make our 4 internal domestic China flights. The information supplied with our booking was very clear and easy to use with all flight , terminal numbers if required to make our arrival at correct departures areas very helpful as there is such large crowds taking domestic flights throughout China. So this made it so easy for our arrangements for our hotel transfers to and from the airports very good assistance to our tour organizers to arrange the times needed to allow transport to collect or deliver us to our connections .
