However, there are many flight delays in my first flight we have to wait at the airport about two hours and in the return flight we have to wait at the airport for 5 hours !! I suggest you to contact your customers by the sms messages to inform them of the delay flights before the arrival to the airport...

I was booked on flight from Guangzhou to Shanghai with my girlfriend. At check-in counter they have found booking of my girlfriend but not mine! I made 2 person booking and paid for two but someone in your organisation only input one person!! It was early morning flight and we've tried to call the office but your office is not open before 9:00 AM! Finally at 8:50, someone took the phone and told us to wait while she investigate. Of course she quickly found out the mistake made by someone. She quickly re-booked us into another flight which was only 40 minutes later than original one! Of course we had to go to another check-in counter but it went smoothly. I was at first very upset, However how you have hadled our case I was qutie impressed. One remark. You should be able to receive phone calls anytime during the day since flight time very so much and some people may requrie your support very early in the morning and also in the evening.......

We booked all our China internal flights (6 flights) with ChinaTour.Net and they were excellent. Not only with the booking process but also advising us of cheaper options as well as the different airports. It was excellent value for money. Because of that experience we booked a private tour for Beijing which was so easy to organise and has taken out all the hassle. They also sorted out our train tickets. I can\'t praise them enough. My only regret is that I hadn\'t heard of them before as I would have also booked our hotels through them...
