Everything went extremely smooth, my clients were very satisfied with the service provided by chinatour.net. The only negative comment I received was regarding the audio guide that I purchased for all six visitors - they were not able to use it because none of them had service data on their phones, there was no Wi-Fi on the grounds of the Forbidden City and therefore the audio guide was useless. Apart from the audio guide/internet problem, all other services provided by your company were grade A, we would definitely recommend this service to other parties or use it again ourselves on further visits...
My advice to tourists. Buy tickets online to Forbidden City at least one week in advance to avoid disappointment. Don't expect to get ticket from its ticketing office on actual day of visit...

No possibility to access to the GPS audioguide. There is a fatal error when trying to connect to the audioguide. Please refund me for the useless two audioguides that I already paid...
