The service we ordered: a private transfer to the Great Wall of China. The driver was on time for pickup at the hotel. Very friendly and courteous. The vehicle was a sleek new Buick SUV. Clean inside and out. The driver was professional and drove quickly but safely. Unfortunately, the agency did not forward the confirmed information from our passports. Thus, the entrance tickets we had paid for were not registered. Thanks to my screenshots, the driver contacted China Tour Net, and the error was corrected. So, despite the bad weather, we had a good tour.
