Everything was great! Our driver was at time for picking us at the airport with a paper with our names and let us keep our luggage in his car. He accompanied us to the entrance and waited for us in the car the time we needed to make the visit to drop us off at our hotel. Very good driving, 100% recommended...
Amazing service. From the booking process to the visit to the Great Wall it was an amazing service. Our driver was lovely, he couldn't speak Much English but greeted us with a big smile and friendliness that's better than words. He made our journey great and even walked us up to where we needed to be at the great wall . When we needed help the China Tour office spoke to us via phone call and we're extremely helpful, explaining everything so clearly. Would highly recommend ChinaTour. This group of 11 people were very happy..

This was a private tour to the Mutianyu section of the Great Wall in December 2019. The driver picked me up from my hotel and drove the 76km to this part of the Great Wall. I was traveling alone primarily for work so I had limited time and this suited me really well. The driver got me the tickets for entrance, the shuttle bus and the cable car, then walked with me to show me where to go and where to meet him after 3 hours. Although the driver spoke little English & I doke no Chinese we got the basics communicated ok and everything went smoothly. The Great Wall was fantastic, I had very good weather and afterwards I met the driver and he took me back to my hotel. Altogether a fantastic trip!!..

Driver was nice and punctual and walked us from the car to the Great Wall Entrance, and luckily so. We purchased the package from ChinaTour ahead of time, but was told there were no tickets associated with our passports at the entrance when they were scanning our passports. Our driver had to take pictures of our passports and send to ChinaTour office to purchase our tickets. This resulted in a bit of a delay. In the end we were able to enter and take the cable car by scanning our passports...
