Overall, the hardware is good. But I would not advise this hotel to business travelers as they are highly inflexible in customer service. I checked in on business trip but they did not accept company credit card for deposits because the card is under a name different from the guest. Highly rigid in mentality and do not see any need to tailor to customers' needs. The manager did not seem to care if he was offending the customers to the point that there will be no repeat business. Perhaps the location is convenient to get to most places, but do not expect to have something that is "out of the box".
Room temperature is too hot and cannot be changed manually. Couldn't sleep well because the temperate was too high.
