Great place. I think it is a chinese hotel, but you'd never know. It is clean, with a great location, and well priced. It is also right next to a subway, and gives easy access to the main attractions of downtown - tian 'an men, forbidden city, silk market, western restaurants behind the friendship store, and world trade center. It is also walking distance to the wang fu jing. A taxi ride to the temple of heaven is a not bad either. We love this place. Service is good too. We speak Chinese, so communication wasn't an issue. I believe some of the staff spoke English...
Good place for average money. If you need hotel near the city center this is good choice!..
