Review of Beijing Taiyue Suite Hotel & Apartment by Geoffrey

This is the third time I have stayed at the Taiyue Suites. Staff remain professional cheery and thoughtful. Services have improved. The hotel management is making a thoughtful effort to make the non-Chinese speaking traveler more and more welcome. Previously the washing machine and air con instructions were entirely in Chinese. Dual language stickers have been applied over the Chinese only operating instructions, and I must say are very helpful. The interruptions to the in room wireless network have been rectified and unlike last time, I didn’t need to ask for any technical assistance because of poor connectivity. I guess this confirms that it is the little things that make ones stay just that more pleasant. Most of the refurbishing is complete and the hotel room is quiet and odor free. Whilst there is an in-hotel phone number for the Fitness Center, one still does not exist. I think one is in planning. Perhaps next time???
