Tour Itinerary

Day 1  Pick up from airport

Pick you up from the airport in Beijing and transfer you to your hotel in Beijing.

Day 2  Visit Dingling Tomb and Mutianyu Great Wall (lunch)

Pick up from hotel in the morning. Then drive to Mutianyu Great Wall. When people think about China, the Great Wall is probably the first thing to pop out. It was listed as a world cultural heritage by UNESCO in 1987 and has become a national icon of China. Mutianyu Great Wall is the most beautiful section of the Great Wall. The vegetation coverage is about 96%. In summer, the mountains will be covered with green trees with the wall twisted and turned along the mountains. In late autumn, the leaves are turning yellow or red, the scenery is amazingly beautiful. 
After lunch, you will visit Dingling Tomb, which is the only tomb of the thirteen Ming Tombs to be excavated. Buried here are three individuals; Emperor Wan-li (died 1620), Empress Wang (died 1620), and another Empress Wang (died 1611). On the way back to the downtown, you will have a short exterior visit of the Olympic Stadiums-Bird's Nest and Water Cube. 

Back to your hotel after the tour.

Day 3  Port Transfer

Pick up from hotel. Visit Tian'anmen Square. Its name literally means “Gate of Heavenly Peace”. The square witnessed the foundation of the People’s Republic of China and several important events in Chinese history. Then visit the Forbidden City with VIP access to enter the largest ancient imperial palaces group in the world. This is the former Imperial palace of twenty-four emperors of the Ming and Qing Dynasties ruled China for about 500 years (1420-1911AD).

Have lunch.

Transfer to Tianjin International Cruise Home Port (3h).

Note:

1. The Port mentioned above refers to Tianjin International Cruise Home Port, not Tianjin Xingang Port. Tianjin Xingang Port now mainly serves as a domestic cruise terminal, but it may receive international cruise ships during high travel season, so make sure you know which port will be used by your cruise ship. If it's Xingang Port, please contact us to customize the itinerary.

2. Please tell us your detailed information about your cruise ship name, arrival/departure time.

3. The Forbidden City is closed on Monday. The itinerary will be modified accordingly if it happens to be Monday.
