The hotel is beautifully located and everywhere in Guilin, nothing is very far, hence the large numbers of electric scooters being used for transport. The hotel staff were very obliging even though sometimes language could be a barrier, however some English speaking staff was always to be found. The hotel is spacey, rooms are of adequate size. Service was good and of course Guilin is a beautiful place with many tourist attractions. The hotel employs a part time English speaking westerner to assist and inform foreign tourists...
I stayed there for 2 nights and everything was fine. the rooms were clean, spacious and beautiful and the personnel was friendly. i really can recommend it...
The rooms are not in a good contition (many things are defect) and the odor in the rooms is verydisagreeable!..
