Guiyang Royal City Hotel (June/2013) Stayed at this hotel two nights with my family. Requested a non-smoking room, and when I got there they did not have any. What the heck is the purpose for making a reservation! Stayed the first night in a smoky room, A/C did not work and the refrigerator didn’t work either. The breakfast was nice. The second night we switched to another room and the room was okay, but the A/C still did not work and the refrigerator was bad as well. Would expect better from a 5 STAR hotel. Not recommended.
