We had an adventure. 1st time to China. Beijing, Xi’an and Shanghai was great. We learnt alit about the history of China and its people and what they have to offer. All I can say is keep it up. We had a great time was very good tour in Beijing with our super funny, friendly guy BoBo (shortened name) we may look into coming again but privately next time. I wanted to say a few words about the trip ...... Emily's guide was fantastic! He was very nice, she gave us a lot of information, and she was very kind at all. The trip itself was also ok, but I don't really understand why it cost so much? In my opinion it was definitely not worth the price and during our three-week stay in China it was something that was definitely not worth the price. Were it not for the person of the wonderful Emily, the trip would simply be worth nothing. Thanks to Emily we have at least nice memories of this trip. Krystina..

We reserved tickets on Beijing to Suzhou train on 13th October at 17,00. We reserved them in June to make sure that we have places. Then we received the following email confirming that the tickets will be issued one month ahead. Reservation comments: Thanks for your Train Ticket Booking on ChinaTour.NET. According to the China train ticket policy, all train tickets can only be issued within 30 Days before the departure date, so we will keep your booking and issue the train tickets 30 days before the departure date. We will send you confirmation email with E-ticket code when we issue ticket within 30 Days before the departure date. Please wait for our email update, thanks. Now they say their not sure if they can issue the tickets and offering us a nother train which takes 2 more hours for the journey. We are puzzled. Why can't they issue the tickets that we booked long ago?..
Some more pics of the wall and our tour to Xi’an. We went by train. Soft sleeper beds are not actually soft in the sense. It was uncomfortable sleep, I would suggest to go for the more expensive option if those beds are literally more soft. Also I think that on the day of arrival for the day tour we should not do it immediately as one is very tired coming off the the train . Flight might be better so no need to change the tour day but only for train traveling. We were really beat (tired) alone then don’t really enjoy the tour as much. The guides didn’t rush by either Becky or Maria but we were trying to stay awake lol. But overall the tour was good..

Your service is terrible. I tried to book train tickets. My credit card was denied so I called by bank to get it fixed. I put my order through again but nobody from ChinaTour processed the orders. I had to call and be told they hadn't been worked on or processed. I then had to call back the next day to be told that the train seats were totally booked. Esther who answered the phone had no appreciation for the fact for the inconvenience or the failed service. All she wanted to do was ask me what different trains I wanted to take. Denial of terrible service and pretending that there was no problem. You can be assured, ChinaTour will be the last pick for us on our next trip. My guess is that ChinaTour will not even try to make this right. It's really unfortunate when even the most basic customer service skills are lacking - processing orders, contacting when orders have a problem, and acknowledging when customer service has failed...

Beautiful scenery. Relaxing tour arrangements. Accommodated everything we requested like change of hotel on our last day, extended stay and price adjustment/discount on 1 pax who cancelled her trip. Mellow crystal hotel has a lot of local restaurants outside but allows smoking inside the lobby and hallways which i am allergic to smoke. The local hotel in wulingyuan is super!. The BEST is our tour guide. Michael zhang. One of us was sick in the middle of our last night with a 6am flight ahead. He was quick to respond and came to the hotel to take him to the hospital. He bought us water and porridge for the patient and waited with us at the hospital till 3am before taking us back to hotel. We were so thankful Michael is so kind. He went beyond being just a tourist guide. Meeting Michael is the best experience of this trip. Thank you...
