Beautiful scenery. Relaxing tour arrangements. Accommodated everything we requested like change of hotel on our last day, extended stay and price adjustment/discount on 1 pax who cancelled her trip. Mellow crystal hotel has a lot of local restaurants outside but allows smoking inside the lobby and hallways which i am allergic to smoke. The local hotel in wulingyuan is super!. The BEST is our tour guide. Michael zhang. One of us was sick in the middle of our last night with a 6am flight ahead. He was quick to respond and came to the hotel to take him to the hospital. He bought us water and porridge for the patient and waited with us at the hospital till 3am before taking us back to hotel. We were so thankful Michael is so kind. He went beyond being just a tourist guide. Meeting Michael is the best experience of this trip. Thank you...
***POSSIBLE SCAM*** Tried booking train tickets through them, they couldn't secure it, no problem, BUT IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN A MONTH AND THEY STILL HAVEN'T REFUNDED ME. CALLED THEM MULTIPLE TIMES: - First time I called (which was already 2 weeks after the booking date), they told me to wait for another 2 weeks because they forgot to file in the refund application. - Called in 2 WEEKS LATER, they said the staff responsible for my refund wasn't in that day. - Called in AGAIN 2 days later, STAFF WAS STILL ON LEAVE ! Please read. We met with tour guide named Henry in Beijing ( Sunworld hotel). He was very rude, did not provide info regarding days itenary. 2 iteneries were combined so the tour did not progress as planned. He wasnt very informative and appeared rattled when questioned. He cramped 7 us in a small car for the 3 day tour! He STOLE our lunch money, ordering cheap 2 dish lunch while pocketing the rest of lunch money. After multiple conversations back and forth between tour " managers " , namely ( Tina, Wang and Decy), Henry agreed to reimburse each traveller 200 yuan each for 2 days of lunch reimbursement. All went well until he dropped us at the hotel for our flight to Xian. Henry dissappeared in a flash without reimbursing. He turned off his fone. We were frantic, trying to find out about flight time, tickets, terminal departure etc. Apparently he paid a cab driver to dump us to the airport. We were promised our money at Xian but got nothing. Messages and calls to the company was fruitless. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANY1 TO USE THIS TOUR!! China is beautiful though...

We went in a private tour for five people to Beijing, Xian, Tibet and Shanghai, Suzhou (17 days) Everyting was as planned. we were a little worried at first as we planned everything by email with Wang. We didn't know the agency. We paid 30% by credit card and the rest in cash once we arrived in Beijing. The hotels and the food were good, the cars were also good as well as the drivers and guides. The price was very competitive (the best price we found). The only thing is that you are obliged to visit some shops on route (not to buy, of course). Everything was perfect except in Shanghai. Nobody came to pick us up at the airport and I had to call the agency. They answered at once and gave us a solution. We picked a taxi and they paid us the bill.
