TERRIBLE. I will never In my life use this company again. Left us without tickets for 2 of our bookings. Very rude customer service. Almost completely ruined our trip. I was suppose to receive a refund at a specified date and have now been waiting for over a month from said date. You’re better off booking through WeChat or using travelchinaguide.com instead .
