***POSSIBLE SCAM*** Tried booking train tickets through them, they couldn't secure it, no problem, BUT IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN A MONTH AND THEY STILL HAVEN'T REFUNDED ME. CALLED THEM MULTIPLE TIMES: - First time I called (which was already 2 weeks after the booking date), they told me to wait for another 2 weeks because they forgot to file in the refund application. - Called in 2 WEEKS LATER, they said the staff responsible for my refund wasn't in that day. - Called in AGAIN 2 days later, STAFF WAS STILL ON LEAVE ! WHEN AM I GOING TO GET MY REFUND?????
