Beautiful scenery. Relaxing tour arrangements. Accommodated everything we requested like change of hotel on our last day, extended stay and price adjustment/discount on 1 pax who cancelled her trip. Mellow crystal hotel has a lot of local restaurants outside but allows smoking inside the lobby and hallways which i am allergic to smoke. The local hotel in wulingyuan is super!. The BEST is our tour guide. Michael zhang. One of us was sick in the middle of our last night with a 6am flight ahead. He was quick to respond and came to the hotel to take him to the hospital. He bought us water and porridge for the patient and waited with us at the hospital till 3am before taking us back to hotel. We were so thankful Michael is so kind. He went beyond being just a tourist guide. Meeting Michael is the best experience of this trip. Thank you.
