This is an excellent hotel. I stayed for a week in Oct 2010 on Business and found the staff courteous and friendly, although language is sometimes a problem at reception. Every effort was made to accommodate a non-Chinese speaker. The hotel & bedroom were always clean. The restaurants are traditional Chinese and the food is good. The coffee shop has great cakes but would suggest getting to breakfast early, otherwise some food selections could be cold or all gone. The only real issue I had as a western businessman was that the business centre computers were all in Chinese and the printers would not accept my laptop (Hotel staff did try everything to try and help me without successes. Great Hotel and I would be happy to stay there again...
