We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The hotel was very confortable, the room didn't only have internet acces, but a computer. The staff was incredibly helpfull, from recomendations of places for visiting to change flight bookings. I would definetly stay in Best Wertern Pudong Sunshine Hotel again...
We stayed in this hotel for 4 days. The staff was very helpful and even if they do not speak English well they always find a way to help you. We also enjoyed the rooms - were quite good for the price and localization (if you are looking for luxury, than try something else than standar - as we did) - this hotel was nice, with comfortable beds, tv and internet access. The breakfast was a mix of various cuisines, so you were capable to find always something you liked. Also we tried the restaurant on the second floor and it was a good choice - the food was tasty and good described in the menu. The comunication to the hotel was not a problem - from the Airport it took about 45 minutes by taxi and also the connection to the City Center of Shanghai by taxi took only 30 minutes, so no problem at all. Good tip - take a map from the airport, since the taxi drivers do not speak English at all, and Chinese people do not read Roman alphabet, it is easier to show on the map - even in the hotel, so they book a taxi for you. We enjoyed the staying (the restaurant at the lobby is opened 24h so whenever you arrive you find something to eat)...
