This is my first visit to Shanghai. the location of charms Hotel is good, very closed to Nanjing Rd and other shopping centre. We checked into room nbr 219 for 25-26 April, and checked in again at room 333 on 28 April-5 May 2010, room is clean and newly renovated room. We were happy with the room and people at the hotel.
The breakfast and the restaurant where we have breakfast need to be paid more attention. Food are tasteless, tables unorganised, floor is sticky and blurry.
If the hotel can improve the quality of breakfast and restaurant, I will say the hotel is perfect. Good Luck for Charms Hotel.
