I told your agency that I will come very late to this hotel on the 19th march. I gave my credit card as a guarantee. When I arrived there on that day, they told us that they didn't have any room left at the price I booked. So they upgraded the room to a suite. The day after, we had to change to another room. I didn't like the people that work at the reception. When we want to ask question, or having information, they don't listen to you until the end of our request. I found them very rude. Not nice. I had to make a confirm for my flight going back to paris, the hotel offers the service for confirming flight, so I went to the office, the girl who worked there was supposed to confirm my flight since it's a service offered by the hotel. She made the number of the company, and then she gave me the phone. What a service!!! So lazy people!
