Outstanding hotel! The staff were well trained, the room was excellent with a great view, and the food was amazing. The staff were especially good. They provided an English language newspaper, the operators on the phone spoke perfect English, and the concierge staff were very helpful with my bags and when I needed a taxi. They would flag a taxi, tell the diver where to go, tell me how much it should cost, and also gave me a card with the taxi's ID number and the hotel phone number if I lose anything in the taxi or need to come back. I also used the laundry service which was fast and I found my cloths hanging in my closet when they were back. The location was great, right on the water front. A pathway goes all around the "lake", through parks and sight seeing spots. My room was facing the water and was very quiet all day. A high end hotel in Xiamen, but well worth the money!..
haha, never again I will book this hotel. They are not friendly, the room very poor furnitured and very neglected looking. Price is like a 5 star hotel but service they offering is only 2 stars value and the hotel merits not more than 3 stars...
