My mom and I stayed at this hotel. It was inexpensive and came by recommendation of a friend. We chose single rooms (they are tiny) but we were there only for sleeping so it did not matter. The location was right downtown close to the Bell Tower and very convenient for us to make our way around Xi'an. I would recommend that you book the hotel if available.
