We stayed here in October 2013. Of the eight hotels we stayed at this was the least helpful and least nice. The price was good and the location was so-so. What was distinctive was the unhelpful staff. The front desk was disorganized and people easily interrupted what they were doing. Not much English. Not willing to arrange a cab for an early morning departure. Unable to handle check-out very well. We had not experienced this at our other stops. The rooms were OK. Clean but stained carpet and we decided not to take showers in the bath. Maybe renovation is in order and some more training at desk...
Very nice hotel in excellent location. Nice clean rooms at a reasonable price. Breakfast was very good. Only complaint was evening meal. Food ordered wasn't served as ordered and a lot of the menu was unavailable. Also advertised opening times of the restaurant weren't adhered to...

ChinaTour.Net, Hotel Guide China has done it again ! This hotel was booked Dynasty hotel is comfortable and clean. The staff doesn\'t speak very well english. Breakfast is great for 7 USD. If you like to pay with a credit card, they take a deposit. When you are over, they take another one. When you check out, they cancel the deposits, give you the papers back and introduce your credit card for the total amount. The system is very strange for a westerner customer !!! Hotel Guide China has done it again ! This hotel was booked online from Australia using the description supplied. It was clean and quiet with an outlook over a small canal and right up against the old city wall. Location was ideal and all taxis knew the addess which is essential in a city with little english spoken. We have deliberately kept our accommodation to a budget and have found hotels like the Dynasty prove that you can get quality without high tariff. I would stay again and will recommend it to friends and associates...
