The Olympic stadiums should not be listed as part of this tour. We did a sort of drive by where we could see a glimpse of them from the traffic light. We did not get any time to take pictures or explore, as stated in the description. The time at Dingling was nice. The tour guide gave lots of good information, but it still felt rushed. Our time on the Wall was very short as well. On the whole, I was disappointed with this tour.
