The Great Wall is a business card for China. Ancient Chinese saying, if you have never left on the Great Wall your footprints, you are not a real man. It will be a good deal to visit Great Wall without spending too much. In addition, the grand mausoleum of the Ming Dynasty could make your day more fulfilling.
Typical Chinese Lunch
Our tour guide will pick you up from your hotel, and drive about 1.5 hours to Changling Tomb . Changling is the tomb of Emperor Zhudi known as Yongle (1360-1420), and his empress Xushi. Yongle was the third emperor of the Ming Dynasty. Construction of his tomb began in 1409 and was completed in 1427. Changling Tomb, built the earliest among the 13 Ming Mausoleums, is the largest and most magnificent one.
After the visit of Ming Tomb at about 11:30AM, before having Chinese lunch, travelers have 30 minutes to have a short visit of Jade Carving Factory, jade carving has always been a part of Chinese traditional culture.
Great Wall Mutianyu Section
After lunch, we will hike the Mutianyu Great Wall. with our VIP access to enter the Mutianyu Great Wall, we drive directly to the foot of the wall, the most beautiful section of the Great Wall (less crowded than Badaling section). Travelers can choose go hiking on the wall or take a cable car ride to the top of the hill. (Time on the wall: for group tour: 2 hours; for private tour: 2-3 hours.)

you can choose hike the wall or take a cable car to the top of the wall, to take the whole beautiful bird view.

Thank you for the tour. Very informative abs Chris our guide is very knowledgeable. I don't remember we visited Olympic stadiums though. I think the Dingling tomb tour is rather meaningless as there is no picture of the interior of the tomb of Zhu Di. I think it'll be more meaningful if we can get a glimpse o more..
