The driver was terrible, he ran all the time and put everyone's lives in danger countless times. The order to pick up at the hotel should be the reverse of leaving to avoid the same people waiting too long on the bus. It did not stop at the bird's nest as it was written just passed from far away. The tour guide was friendly and very polite but he was always in a hurry, plus the tour is worth the experience.
