Tour Itinerary:

Morning around 08:30 pick you up from your hotel, drive to visit Qingyang palace which is a Taoism temple with a history of more than 1,000 years; then visit the Thatched Cottage of Du Fu, the former residence of a very famous Tang poet. Du Fu wrote more than 240 poems at this cottage reflecting the sorrows of the village.

Have a taste of local Sichuan snacks for lunch.

Afternoon  drive to visit Wuhou temple, which is built for memorial of one Shu kingdom premier during Three Kingdom period. Then have a walk at old Jinli street next by. Late afternoon drive to visit Wenshu Buddhist Temple, which was built during the Tang Dynasty, it is the largest and best-preserved Buddhist temple in Chengdu.

Have the wonderful taste of the vegetarian food at the Temple for dinner. Then send back to your hotel and end the trip.

The tour was very nice, the guide was also very helpful and a very good person. He has a very good knowledge of activites and the places, also a good english. The Pandas are fantastic and the Giant Buddha is also incredable, we chosen to see the Buddha on the boat, but if you have a time I think getting near   more..

Hello, October 8, 2007 we went to the Chengdu Research facility. On cloudy day (such as we had), the Pandas are out in the yards and were enjoying the bamboo that they had been given to eat.
