It was pretty good. It would have been even better without the jade shop and the constant rush (the promised 4 hours turned into 3)...
Nos recogieron cerca del hotel para ir a la muralla y estuvimos dos horas recogiendo a más pasajeros. Nos llevaron a una fábrica de Jade, que en realidad es una tienda donde estuvimos una hora. Precios muy elevados. Habíamos comprado entrada de telesilla y tobogan y nos convencieron para que cambiásemos la entrada por subida en teleférico porque les venía mejor por horario y cercanía. La guía no estuvo con nosotros en la muralla ni nos explicó nada de la muralla. La zona de la muralla está masificada como cualquier monumento de China. Aconsejable llevar comida y mucha agua pues es calor en la muralla es sofocante. A pesar de todo la guía era simpática e hizo todo lo posible porque todo saliera bien...
Great tour. Plenty of historical information provided by the tour guide along with comfortable transportation to and from wall...
We did one "shopping" stop in a Jade store. But it was totally fine, did not take too much time and comparing to other companies, which offer also the trip, it was a very good price. Up to the wall we took the lift (not the cable-cars) and down the slide, which was really fun!..
Very good tour. Well organized. The guide was very helpful and informative. The only downside which might I add was a contrast to the rest, was the long wait and last minute change of the pickup point...
Our tour guide Paul was fantastic! Picked us up at the hotel in the morning, gave us a great history lesson on the ride to the jade factory/great wall, and bought the tickets for us which made life so much easier! Was where he said he would be at the end of the four hours we had to explore the great wall and took us back to the hotel straight after! His English as great as well, would highly recommend. Price was amazing as well considering the public transport options to get to the Mutianyu great wall!..
Very convenient tour to the amazing Mutianyu Wall. It was not crowded and the timing was great. They came to get us at the hotel and brought us directly to the Wall where we visitee freely, kept our luggage during the tour and dropped us off near the metro to get to the airport afterwards. It was truly great. Even the visit to the shop was interesting. However, the guide wasn't useful. We expected an introduction to the Wall but he just said a few basic facts that you can find on any website...
Great tour. Yoyo was a delight. I rolled my eyes at the stop at the jade factory but then loved being there. No sales pressure. Lovely silk art in the back...
This is a long day tour. There is a lot of hours travelling to and from the wall. In the region of 4-5 hours in a coach. Some of this time involves picking up guests of course. To get on the wall you can either use the cable car which is 120 yuan return or use a footpath which would take around an hour. It will be very steep of course. The wall is fantastic once you get there. And there are toilets and other facilities near the wall...
terrible service, the worst I've hired in my life, nothing recommendable, on your page says that they pick you up at the hotel, they tell you where you have to go the day before, they try to sell you in places that earn commission and leave you where they think, really bad service. No trust..
It was a great trip. Pick up service from hotel. We had 4 hours on the wall. The view was stunning _3 Our guide seemed a little nervous and hectic in the beginning, but she provided us with interesting information about the wall and even sang two Chinese songs for us on our way back to Beijing...
Everything about the tour was good. I think you should have a forecast on crowds and inform the tourists in advance..
Good option for Great Wall tour, they were punctual and even wait a little bit for us while we were ready, however they dont put a lot of attention to detail. Also on the way back the tour guide got down from the transport before getting back to the destination...
We used China Tour for our trip to the Great Wall as it stated 4 hours at the wall. The pick up was on time, the vehicle was sub standard , crammed and uncomfortable. When we arrived at the wall we were told we had an hour and a half. Several people argued and we were finally given 3 hours. We knew there was a Jade Shop on the itinerary but didn't know it was compulsory. Were told not to leave the shop before the allotted time. Return to hotel was timely. The Wall was superb luckily...

The price at the begining was great and cheap. But at the end we went to a lunch we don't want to and thought as all of the tourists it was included, so , all of us thought it was great but at the end the guide told us we need to pay for the lunch ...and even the rest of the tourists thought that was kind of trick...
My family was super excited to go and see the Great Wall. Due to illness we booked the tickets a little late and had to do it on our last day in China, however we booked and confirmed pickup details the following day with our guide. We set our alarm for 5.30am so we could get up and get organised to go. the car turned up, after about 40min trying to get tickets on arrival we finally arrived at the wall... We caught the cable car up, ready to enjoy a leisurely walk to Tower 6 to catch the toboggan ride down. As we arrived at the wall at 3.30pm we received a message from the tour company explaining that the toboggan ride was closing at 5pm... They\'d also told us that we needed at least 30 minutes to line up for the ride...
Received a call at midnight the night before our tour that changed collection time and hotel location. We were asked to get metro or taxi and go to a downtown hotel and get picked up at 7am because there were more tourists being collected from there...
