The guide (Roky) was very nice, he has a very good English and he was very helpfull.
The van that transported us through the city was not what we were expecting (as it was described in the website): no cool AC, not very clean, not very confortable.
I think that in the description of the tour you should clearly explain that the visit to the Summer Palace only include the ticket for the garden, not the palace, and that there is only one hour left for visiting, what makes impossible to visit the Palace by our own (at least 2 hours are necessary).
