I always had fast answers from ChinaTour.net. ChinaTour.net is very professional and they do exactly what they propose to do (they pick you up on time and all the schedulles were completed).
The problems is that this is a big tour to make just in 1 day. So, I stayed less time that I would like to stay in Great Wall and on Ming Tombs (mainly on Great Wall).
We spent some time on specific souvenir stores and Tea Restaurant, I suggest more free time for the custumers on the sightseeings.
