Estoy muy agradecido, con la empresa China tours, el servicio el primer día cuando llegue a Pekin, tenia reservado con ellos la transportación del aeropuerto al hotel y la persona fue muy amable y puntual. de allí los dos siguientes días de tour fueron excelente, salvo un pequeño percance que tuve con el guía de turista del primer día que no se si estaba en sus días o de mal humor por que estaba con mucha prisa y mala cara lo cual a las personas que iban conmigo en el tours no les gusto pero por miedo a protestar y que este cancelara el tours por que así me lo quiso dar a entender el! cuando le reclame y le dije que si con todo gusto pero que le iba llamar la policía porque era un abusivo y un altanero, lo cual parece que no le agrado., hable con la manager o la persona que desde un principio me atendió por teléfono y todo cambio para excelente, el resto del tour fue extremadamente bueno, la comida en el buffet wow :) super rico y abundante, el chófer es un excelente conductor, los lugares a los cuales nos llevaron son muy interesantes, así como el segundo día, la guía de turista esta vez fue una chica, no puedo mas que agradecerle su amabilidad y gentiliza, muy buen nivel de ingles conversacional, y excelente servicio, recomiendo totalmente, a esta empresa, como una empresa confiable y segura. I enjoyed the tour. Our guide’s Name is Sue and she treated us very well. She was knowledgeable and very informative about all the history behind the tombs and the Great Wall. We got stuck in traffic due to Lunar New Year’s holiday, but she and the driver Dong were very mindful of our time. Due to traffic we weren’t able to attend our evening show, so to make up for this Sue and ChinaTour treated us to a meal with Peking roast duck...
