Day tour was ok, English speaking tour guide Nikki was very helpful and good in showing around with ample knowledge about the places. We were staying near to the airport which is out of their pick up point so we had to spent additional 200 yuan for a return trip to the pick up location and the agency did not agree to arrange this transportation. We had booked online so we couldn't cancel this as the credit card was charged immediately. I suggest if you have enough time, you could walk into any tour package agency or a tour guide to get cheaper tickets on the day or a day in advance. There are plenty available as this is a famous spot and n number of people visit daily. I personally feel this as an expensive one, when i checked with a friend of mine at the Great Wall, i was bit surprised with his day tour price which he bought from Beijing city. If you don't have enough time and your hotel is within their pick up area, well you can buy. The rating is for the tour guide Nikki for entertaining us whole day. One stop at jade museum/shop was bit boring as they gave us 2-3 hours with in that shop lots and those shopkeepers were chasing us to buy something, if you are rich then fine, happy shopping. Other than that, the trip was ok...
I did all reservation online and their reply was fast. The tour was good, the van confortable, and the guide fluent in English...

This is very good value for money. One would certainly go if time is an issue, if not anyway. As with all tour guides be it here or other countries, they speak too quickly. It is difficult for foreigners listening, with English as their second language. Especialy when being spoken to by a tour guide whom's English is also secondary. Less information, more poignant and relevant. Even a video on the bus between stops works well I have found. The bus was far too cold, and unnecessary so? For the driver it is just a job and it showed, but One can not be too critical as it happens all over the world. And One has traveled extensively. Feeling unnecessarily rushed...
I found myself in Beijing all of a sudden and for just two days and I wanted to seize the chance and see as much as I could. I can confidently say joining this tour did give me that chance for a fairly reasonable price. I got to step on the great wall for one of a kind experience. The tour guide Chris did a wonderful job explaining things and how he managed time and everything. His English was a bit Chinese accented but overall easy to understand. I thank him and my tour group for making this day the greatest ever! Ps: if you have some extra time in the evening and you don't mind spending some more cash, then I highly recommend going to the Beijing Opera. What a show! What an experience!..

tombs were okay but the wall location was poor. we felt the guide was working towards finishing off early.....

We were dissapointed because we only stay 2 hours at the greatwall and spent all day tour going arround and the restaurant was ugly and poor quality of food..
Our tour guide was awesome. She was very entertaining and gave us a lot of history on the Great Wall and Ming tombs. The only reason why I didn’t give it 5 stars was the lunch provided was ok not great and we didn’t really have enough time at both places due to the two shopping stops. Although I did enjoy learning about jade. Overall a good tour, I would recommend it..
What a beautiful city and great tour experience! Our guide, Sue, was exceptional and would have kept going into the evening if we old folks could have just made it! Don’t hesitate to book. Our drive was exceptional as well!..
The tour guide was nice. English was not good. When buying tickets for the cable train up to the wall, he mentioned we had to be careful with our 100 yuan worth of ticket while we paid 140 each to him. What happened with the 40 yuan we clearly over paid? Upfront it was not communicated we had to buy separate tickets for the cable train up. I feel truly misguided by booking this tour. Would not recommended it to any of my friends nor book it ever again...
It was a very great tour, the tour guide was very professional and knowledgeable. The only drawback was the amount of people and maybe a better organised lunch would have been nice. However, on the whole it was a very well organised tour, with nice tour guide and a small and very nice group of people. I will definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to visit the Great wall and Ming tombs...
