Everything good has been written. And I totally agree with majority of the comments and observations. I would like to mention a few suggestions that may significantly improve the service. Collecting tourists from each hotel took a lot of time. It was about 9am when the coach hit the expressway. Thus, the tour group was herded first to the Ming tombs where we had ample time, then went to a Jade museum for a quick tour and a very decent lunch. According to the tour guide, we had to visit the Ming tombs first in order to avoid the mid day rush at the Great Wall. Therefore, when we arrived at the main attraction, Great Wall, we had 2 hours to savor the magnificent view. We rushed back in order to avoid the traffic and be brought to a tea shop. Maybe, the tour operator should address these concerns to further make this tour memorable.
