the tour guide phoned us the night before to arrange pick up and was on time. the journey to the great wall was enjoyable with places of interest pointed out. the views both from the cable car and the wall have to be seen to be believed. I had been to another area of the wall before, but this was something else so dramatic.
Also the Ming tombs are very interesting with a good history about their voyages and exploration in the 1420's.
