I was not picked up from the hotel as was promised during booking this trip. We left almost 1 hour too late from start location, 08:00 pm iso 07:20. Tickets should be bought in advance to avoid unnecessary waits. Shopping in the tour is bad. Lunch was perfect and guide was very nice
