We chose an escorted tour for just my wife and I and so had the undivided attention of our tour guide - Rita. Rita\'s knowledge was superb and her English was excellent. I would definitely recommend doing the tour this way as you simply don\'t miss a thing. I managed to walk to the top of the wall but this was a real challenge and good shoes are a necessity. The leg and foot massage at the Chinese Traditional Medicine practitioner (free and part of the tour) was most welcome!
