We loved the tour with our guide, Kathy! She was very informative, friendly, and ensured that our entire group was included in the tour. Only thing I would suggest would be to install something in the bus to make it easier to hear her when she talks while driving. I sat in the back of the bus and could not hear everything she said. Will be back in June with my parents and will definitely sign up for this tour again!..

I had some complications with my hotel & chinatour.net worked with me. They responded to my inquiries thru email right away, even when i emailed late at night. The service was awesome. Our Guide Jenny was very fluent in English. Even the car was on time. the visit to tianamen and the great wall was pretty cool too. And in the after noon acrobatic show we were given very good seats. Overall the service from this China tour was good. And would love to take further services from them in the future...

The day i conquered the Great Wall. The guide called me the night before the tour, the pick-up time was absolutely on-time. My guide was a very nice, casually dressed young man with very good command of English. He was very friendly and is very knowledgeable of everything we asked for. I was very lucky because I met two Filipino tourist whom i got a long well til the end of the tour, so, I enjoyed a lot together with other guests from other countries. a superb tour plus a sumptuous lunch except that we just passed by the Olympic Stadium.
