To whom it may concern. The tour guide was extraordinary. The tour guide was able to answer nearly any question and wasn't shy to say when he wouldn't know something, instead of giving some random answer. I would rate him a 5. Deduction I have to give the vehicle used for this tour. In our city it would not pass the technical road worthy test. A piece of junk. Combine this with a reckless driver and you hang on to your dear life. Because of the driving we were glad the tour was over. This was a private tour. Again, in modern car and a different driver I would recommend the tour. Hope this helps..

The tour guide is pretty good. She can speak good English and gave a clear explanation during the tour. She makes sure everything was in order even thought the tour van was broken down along the way to my hotel. However, upon booking this trip, I noticed there are many other sites (and even at local areas) offering the same tour but with much much cheaper price...
The tour was a very impulsive decision taken ...but the best desicion I could have taken to know the rural look of china's villages. Our tour guide was the most friendly person and she very interactive. I totally recommend people to take this tour...

We had a great day at Suzhou and Zhouzhuang and the luxury minivan for 8-10 was only for our family (3persons), so it was a private tour rather than a small group. Our guide Tony was very informed about the places we visited but also gave us an inside of modern day China. He was extremely helpful and after finishing the tour he helped us to book the ERA Acrobat show, and a private luxury mini van to take us back to the airport as we had six suitcases with us after shopping for 10 days in Beijing and Shanghai. Thanks again to Tony!..

Had a nice day with a very accommodating guide and driver. I mentioned to the guide that I was interested in seeing how people live, so he arranged an hour for a pedi-cab tour through back streets. It was great. Due to language limitations, he didn\'t make it clear until the end of the day that we owed 150 RMB per pedi-cab. Price seemed high, but it was a memorable highlight of the day. The guide was flexible and accommodating enough to take my family to Tiger Hill, which I had read about in my guide book. I\'m really glad that we went. It should be part of the tour! Addendum: I forgot to mention the part about going to Zhouzhuang. It was great, but crowded on a Saturday. I would recommend trying not to go on a weekend...
(Coach Tour) I chose the this trip thinking i was going to board a gondola this is extra optional if you book on the BUS/COACH group, it is inclusive only for the private tour. as the for lunch it was more european style than chinese. I can compare this as i have taken another trip with Chinatour.Net in Beijing and that said a chinese style lunch. karen..
I thought the tour was good. The private car was nice. The tour guide spoke english well and knew a lot of interesting information. The only bad thing would be the included lunch, I have lived here for almost a year, i know the Chinese lunch could be better. Other than that the tour was great!..

He seemed very very confident in his ability ( include his English ability) but he was beyond of world standard. He seemed very boring to conduct the course and does not have excitemnet and courtesy. His standard of English was poor and his explanation was not enough. I suggest your company should retrain this guide...
