Review of 1 Day Tour to Suzhou and Zhouzhuang (from Shanghai, back) by Thathya

I had a lovely private day tour of Suzhou and Zhouzhuang with my guide Johnny. He rang me at my hotel to confirm the tour the night prior, and came to collect me at the hotel on time, on the day. He was very pleasant and shared lots of information about the history, traditions, and the life of people in these towns. His English was superb. Not to mention, I felt very safe as a woman traveling alone. Suzhou and Zhouzhuang were breathtaking places to visit. Its a far cry from the busy, and crowded Shanghai. Anyone who loves Venice, would in deed love and enjoy Zhouzhuang. I would recommend anyone visiting Shanghai to do this tour (and the Gondola ride) !
